Can I get my money back if i am not happy with the Service

Yes, we provide 30 days money back guarantee. In case, you are not happy with the service and your flat is still vacant, you can get 100% refund of the money paid to us.

Lisa Home rented my flat but i do not want to continue with your management service. Will i get refund?

In this case, since LHS has rented your flat and has fulfilled its renting responsibility, you are not eligible for Sign-up refund. You can cancel the subscription by sending an email to service team of LHS stating that you want to cancel the subscription. You will not be charged in future. 

You are more than welcome to activate your subscription in future.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

In case, the property is vacant our property manager will call you to discuss your preference regarding the residents. The property marketing will be done and property visit details will be shared with  you. In case, the offer received by the prospective client is acceptable to you, we will start the tenant move-in process. Once, move-in is completed, your Online Landlord account would be activated and all the details, docs & pictures will be uploaded. You will start receiving the rent in your bank account.

You will get the full service during this 30 days but it depends upon which phase of renting we are in. E.g if the property remains vacant you will only experience the property visit & negotiation part of the property management service. 

Is it safe to delegate renting responsibility to Lisa Home?

Well, you anyways would be taking help of real estate agents to rent out your property. But since agents do not sign any agreement with you, they are not accountable.

Can I get some discount of the prices mentioned above

Yes, its possible to get some discount on Account activation fees in case you are registering more than one property with us.

Can I update from Propsafe lite to PropSafe VIP in future?

Yes, you can always upgrade from Lite to VIP subscription. And it makes sense to fully delegate the responsibility to Lisa Team regarding your premises by paying extra 5% of rent. By doing that, you earn some extra hours in your life and truly enjoy hassle-free renting. 

How would I pay ONE TIME Account activation or joining fees?

Once you choose your subscription, you will be navigated to payment page where you can make payment using your Credit/Debit card or online banking. We use instamojo to collect online Account activation fees. 

How would you collect the management fees?

This mgmt fees is deducted from the outgoing rent in your account. So you don’t need to do anything. Its completely hassle-free. 

What happens if renter doesn't pay the rent on time?

We track all the incoming rents of our portfolio properties. In case, any tenant stops paying the rent, we come to know and we start following up with the tenant to recover the money. Initially, we send emails then phone calls and later physical visit to the property. If nothing works, we serve Move-Out notice to tenant and get the property vacated. 

If I subscribe and pay then I won't have to deal with tenants and their issues?

Yes, absolutely. Lisa Home provides every landlord with a dedicated Property manager whose job is to coordinate between tenant and landlord whenever its needed. We understand that our landlords already have a lot of things to do in the limited time available so we try to minimize your involvement in property related issues. We ensure that you are updated about important issues leaving out the irrelevant ones.
